What are the rates for services?

Evaluation Services:

• For neuropsychological evaluations, appointments typically require 3 to 6 hours, depending on the referral question. Fees are $3000 for the entire evaluation.
• $250 is required to initially reserve your evaluation date. $1250 is due on the evaluation date and the remaining $1500 is due at the feedback session.

 For all evaluation services, fees include charges for face-to-face services, as well as for scoring, preparation of the evaluation report, and feedback session.

 Consulting Services:  (Brain Health Consulting and Sport Psychology Consulting)

•  The hourly rate for intervention services is $200/50 minutes for individual  sessions.
  

What are the potential benefits of not using my health insurance for services?

There are several reasons that people may not want to use insurance coverage for therapy services.

• There is often a shorter wait to be seen. Organizations that take insurance often have waitlists of 6 months or more.
  
• Personalized care and individualized reports that are not “one-size fit all.”
  
• The thoroughness of the evaluation is not compromised by insurance reimbursement limits.
  
• You will have control over the experience —decisions about care will not be controlled by the insurance company.
  
• You will not have to accept an evaluator who does not have the proper depth/breadth of expertise to match your questions and concerns.
  
• You have privacy – results will not be shared with insurance companies or anyone else (unless you request it).​

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to come to your session or evaluation and need to cancel, please let us know more than 48-hours in advance. If you do not attend the appointment without giving adequate notice, you will be charged $250 for a missed evaluation appointment.
